What I’ve always loved most about recruitment is the people. There’s something incredibly rewarding about getting to know someone, understanding what they’re looking for and connecting them with an opportunity that can genuinely change their career.
I created Roach Recruitment to bring recruitment back to what I believe it should be — genuine, personal and built on relationships. I take the time to understand the people and businesses I work with, because the right match is about so much more than what’s written on a CV.
